This processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in the secure, stable and technically error-free operation of this website. Log data is not merged with other data sources and is deleted after a short retention period.

A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Vercel.

Vercel is based in the United States and operates a global content delivery network, which means data may be processed outside the European Union. Such transfers are based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, in which Vercel participates, and additionally on standard contractual clauses pursuant to Art. 46 (2) (c) GDPR. 4. Contacting us by email

If you contact us via the email address published on this site, the data you provide (your email address, your name and the content of your message) is stored in order to process your enquiry and for possible follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your request relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Data is deleted once the enquiry has been dealt with and no statutory retention periods apply.

This website links to external sites (e.g. LinkedIn, transition-plan.eu, nachfolgewerk-gruppe.de, americanwine.club). Following such a link takes you to a third party's website whose own privacy policy applies. No data is transmitted to these providers before you actively click a link.
